The Memorial Day service in West Point will take place May 27th at Mt. Hope Cemetery (Washington Street) at 10 a.m. American Legion Post 70, VFW Post 4912 and Auxiliaries will be hosting the program. Bleacher seating will be available at the cemetery.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved to Trinity Church UCC/UMC.

Flag volunteers needed for Memorial Day

Volunteers are needed to place flags for Memorial Day. This year, the flags will stay up longer. Help is needed on May 24 at 5 p.m. to put flags up around St. Michael and Mt. Hope Cemeteries in West Point, and flags will be taken down May 28 at 5 p.m.
